Jitesh is responsible for leading the company’s strategic directions, overseeing all aspects of operations and implementing its long and short-term goals. He is also accredited for leading the company through significant, double-digit growth year-over-year and building people-first culture with a focus on ensuring the direction of the company is communicated at all levels as well as providing an open environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas.
Jitesh joined Inadev in 2011 and rapidly transformed the IT staffing company into the leading technology solutions provider that it is today. With more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, he has a proven track record of managing, developing and implementing complex enterprise software applications for federal and corporate clients nationally and internationally.
Jitesh began his career as a product quality engineer at Hughes Network Systems before diving into software development at organizations such as SRA International and Telispark (Deloitte spin off), where he honed his mobile development skills and was recognized for his leadership abilities. From there, Jitesh became more involved in the operational side of business, holding senior project management positions at global telecom companies Sprint Nextel and Verizon Business, where he served numerous Federal customers. Continuing in the Federal Government contracting space, he then joined Eye Street Solutions providing technical project management support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). After joining Inadev in 2011, Jitesh continued to support FEMA in addition to providing health IT consulting services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
In 2015, Jitesh received SmartCEO’s Washington Executive Management Award for his leadership. He is also on the advisory board for The Channel Company, an organization dedicated to connecting and empowering technology suppliers, solution providers and end users, and is actively involved in its annual conference and community service day.
Jitesh’s passion for technology began at an early age. Throughout high school, he was intrigued by weekend jobs that would allow him to gain hands on experience, and held various internships while earning his master’s degree in information technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
