Ankit, a seasoned data engineer and architect, boasts an impressive multi decade tenure in the industry. He excels in his craft, collaborating extensively with prominent federal and commercial clients, including the U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys, American Battle Monuments Commission, and the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.  

Throughout his extensive IT journey, Ankit has held diverse roles, showcasing his adaptability and multifaceted expertise. His career path spans from being an application developer to evolving into roles as a data engineer, data architect and an enterprise solution architect.

Michael is an award-winning creative conceptualist and multimedia producer, who’s built a successful career by using compelling words and visuals to ignite action. For almost two decades, Michael has served as the driving creative force behind countless, highly targeted, public affairs and advocacy campaigns for some of America’s most iconic brands, including Best Buy, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Exxon Mobil, GlaxoSmithKline, Lockheed Martin, PhRMA, Southwest Airlines, Target and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, among many others.

A one-man band of creative expertise, Michael’s specialty is weaving core messages through all facets of media. Michael is a much sought- after writer, print designer, web designer, video producer and editor with an unparalleled knack for making sure each medium works in concert with the others.

In addition to his creative skills, Michael is also a savvy political strategist. Johnesha Harrison is the Vice President of Delivery Operations at Inadev. With more than 20 years of experience spanning business strategy, operations, IT, and human capital, she leads program execution, delivery performance, and stakeholder engagement.

A graduate of the 2024 ACT-IAC Partners program, Harrison brings disciplined execution, a people-first mindset, and deep experience leading large, complex P&L organizations.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Digital Management, Inc. (DMI), Peraton, and Northrop Grumman, where she managed mission-critical programs for civilian and national security customers. Known for building high-performing teams and driving modernization initiatives on time and on budget, she is a trusted leader dedicated to advancing customer missions. 

Ankit brings in 17+ years of experience and leads India’s solution delivery as Associate Vice President. Before Inadev, he held leadership positions with The New Digital, Tavant, TCS, Wipro Technologies, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ankit has hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, building, and launching technology products and services. Ankit oversees Inadev’s delivery charter in India, including customer engagement around modern technologies and delivery assurance.

Previously, Ankit led the digital practice of large engagements and transformation initiatives for different types of engagement operational models like integrated delivery and multi-service delivery for customers across the USA, Europe, and many other countries. He carries domain experience across retail, agritech, financial services, supply chain, and logistics.

He firmly believes that self-motivation, strong communication, and a focused approach can transform any challenges into opportunities and convert operational benefits to business benefits. He is also passionate about fitness.

Tarique is the Associate Vice President of Cloud & DevOps at Inadev, bringing over 25 years of industry experience. He has extensive experience in managing complete Service Operations and IT Infrastructure including managing IT infrastructure requirements and upgrading to ensure acceptable levels of security, Disaster Management, and Data Recovery plans for projects. He has comprehensive experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, IT Hardware, Networking, Server Management, Service Operations, and Service Delivery. He has experience in Business Continuity Planning and has delivered maximum business value for Infrastructure, Large Scale Systems, and Networks.

Tarique has spent a considerable amount of time working with reputed clients like USCIS, SSA, Census Bureau, DCRA, ABMC, Coal India Limited, Airports Authority of India, and WBSWAN – Govt. of West Bengal, to name a few.

Gunjan leads the Talent Acquisition team at Inadev and brings her expertise of 18 years to the role. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She also has a Personnel Management course under her belt from IMT Ghaziabad.

Gunjan started her professional life with a consulting firm, moving on to CSC and then IRIS software. Gunjan was associated with IRIS for the last 15 years.
