Conway brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in IT services and 14+ years in management consulting, with a proven track record of helping federal agencies implement technology-driven efficiencies that streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance mission outcomes. His expertise in capture strategy, federal acquisition processes, and contract vehicle management will be instrumental in positioning Inadev as a premier partner for agencies seeking to modernize operations and adopt automation.

Prior to joining Inadev, Conway served as Head of Capture at Ad Hoc LLC, where he led teams in securing high-impact federal contracts and optimizing growth strategies. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Dynamo Technologies, IBM, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he guided strategic initiatives and implemented IT modernization efforts for clients including the U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Air Force, and Department of Homeland Security.
